Guidelines for completing your entry request.

Step 1 - Please fill in any information for your daytime guests requirements, pick up points, destination and number of passengers.(e.g. 1st pick up point Ayr via Prestwick, Troon to a church in Kilmarnock to arrive for 1330hrs service. Coach to wait then transfer to reception venue.)

Step 2 - As above but for evening guests requirements if required, including the number of passengers.

Step 3 - As above for your guests requirements on the return from the reception venue with details of drop off points and a total number of passengers to each drop off point.
